Hi, my name is Ryan Miller. My love for baseball began in T-ball and grew through competitive play into high school. After a break, I returned in my 20s, and coaching became my passion when my son Holden picked up a bat at age three. Over the past eight years, I’ve coached Little League, All-Stars, and club teams, including managing the 11U All-Star team in 2025.

That journey inspired Bazerker Baseball — founded to develop strong, character-driven athletes who strive for excellence on and off the field. Now in our second year, Bazerker focuses on competition, affordability, family involvement, and preparing players for the next level. For us, baseball is more than a sport — it’s a way of life and a baseball family.

Hi, my name is Craig Miles and I bring the energy! I can be seen exemplifying the hustle that I preach to my players and even racing with them to build their competitive spirit. I am the batting practice pitcher as well as the primary pitching coach. I will also be keeping Gamechanger this season and aim to use the numbers generated to help utilize our players where they will help us compete best. Even when I’m not on the field, I’m still studying the game, constantly researching new growth development opportunities through games and drills to sharpen our players skills. Last year I really appreciated seeing our team grow and I am super excited to see what we can do this year- Go Bazerkers!!

Andy Espinoza fell in love with baseball at age 3, playing T-ball with his dad as coach and his brother as teammate. With his father’s guidance, the game taught him hard work, discipline, and heart. Andy earned a scholarship to play at Scottsdale Community College, but a pitching injury ended his college career. He stayed connected to the game through men’s tournaments and league play, driven by passion. Now coaching his own children and youth teams, Andy finds purpose in mentoring young athletes — helping them grow in skill, character, and confidence. A devoted outdoorsman and man of faith, Andy strives to be a positive role model, using baseball as a tool to teach life lessons, build character, and honor God.
